Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

All goods sold are not refundable and not exchangeable. Should there be any faulty, it will be considered to be under ‘Warranty’ and will be repaired. Goods sold are to follow the below warranty period:

  • 1 MONTH
    • Pre-owned iPhone/Samsung’s LCD, battery and accessories
  • 3 MONTHS
    • Pre-owned iPhone/Samsung motherboard
  • 1 YEAR
    • Branded Accessories (JBL/Marshall/Harmon Kardon)
    • Brand new Android phones (Samsung/Infinix/Redmi/Mi)
    • Brand new iPhone (not included iPhone 16 Series – updated from time to time)
  • 2 YEARS
    • Brand new iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max

This policy applies to products purchased on our Mobile Apps (99 Mobile) / Website (99mobilebn.com) or directly bought in store.
